 Booking policy

The booking deposit is 35% for the whole occupancy. This deposit is to be paid within 5 working days, otherwise the occupancy may be canceled.

The deposit is paid through the payment gateway on our website. 

If you book the occupancy less than 3 weeks before scheduled arrival, the full amount of the occupancy will be paid.

 

Cancellation 

If you want to cancel the reservation, notify us 30 days before the date of occupancy, and we will refund 100% of the amount paid.

 If you notify us less than 30 days, the deposit is no longer refundable.

Cancellation requires a written electronic form, please send us an email to info@bukovanska-chaloupka.cz.

We will send you a confirmation of cancellation within 3 working days from the date of when the cancellation request was delivered.
